PIUSI Viscomat 90

Oil Pump for transferring lube oil, engine oil, and waste oil. The viscomat 90 is a rotary pump with a flow rate of up to 50 L/min, it can be used to transfer large volumes of oil quickly and cleanly.

Suitable Liquids

This electric oil pump is suitable for pumping a range of oil types such as engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil and waste oil. It can be used to dispense large volumes of oil or for use a transfer pump, moving oil from one tank to another.

What is a vane pump?

Vane pumps are self-priming pumps that provide a continuous flow rate at various pressures. The pump’s relief valve prevents it from building to a pressure that might damage the pump. This allows it to stay working for longer. The rotor itself is manufactured from sintered steel to ensure a long lasting life while the vanes are made from a high quality technopolymer.

Technical Information

There are two power options for this oil pump, 230 volt or 400 volt. With an integrated on/off toggle switch and mounting foot plate on both models, this pump can be easily retro fitted to any existing tank or set up. Each version is capable of pumping up to 50 litres per minute and can be combined with a PIUSI oil filter or oil meter.
