Returns & cancellation of orders

Please note: Very Important: No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of ROTECH. If you intend to return any product or order to ROTECH you must first contact us to let us know you are doing so. When we give you the go ahead please return to address supplied at the senders cost

Packaging

Customer must take care to securely package all goods. Customer is responsible for returning products ROTECH at the Customer”s risk and expense. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance and keep a record of proof of posting.

Swap Size

If you receive a product from us and it doesn’t fit etc. then you are more than welcome to return this to us following the steps above. Once received we will ship you the correct size for a shipping fee.

Unwanted Goods

Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied ROTECH and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, within 7 days of receipt of goods, This is only applicable if goods remain in a “as new” and unused condition including all parts and packaging remain in tact.. The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.

Special orders

Non standard stock items or Special orders (including spare/replacement parts) cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. Standard stock orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.

Ownership of Goods

Any product(s) returned to ROTECH shall become the property of ROTECH. If ROTECH determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty ROTECH reserves the right to charge Customer for the parts ROTECH will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.

NB: The cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
