Milk Pumps
You’ll need milk pumps that work quickly and efficiently so you can save time for other tasks. Our range includes the PIUSI Suzzarablue DC pump, which is a self-priming diaphragm pump. It’s available in 12 volt or 24 volt to suit your needs.

There are multiple benefits of diaphragm pumps including their inability to overheat, their constant pumping efficiency, and more. If you need the pump to be above the liquid level, then a self-priming pump is a must.
The 12 and 24 volt pumps are widely used on portable milk carts and dispensers, and are a direct replacement pump for many of the known brands. The advantage of the DC power is it allows you to pump milk quickly and efficiently where there is no access to 230 volt mains power.
Also, be sure to look out for models that have IP55 protection. This means they are protected from low pressure jets from any direction and limited dust ingress.
Our PIUSI Suzzarablue AC Pump
We also have the PIUSI Suzzarablue AC pump. It’s perfect for transferring milk from one tank to another or dispensing milk for feeding calves. It can also be fitted to an existing mobile milk cart or feeder, or it can be used on other mobile tanks for use with feeding milk.
Or take a look at the Nirostar impeller pump. It has a flow rate of up to 60 litres per minute, so it’s designed for transferring large amounts of milk. It can also be safely cleaned with water and a light detergent after use.
We also have a Gusher pump if you want to pump milk by hand. The clamp ring can be easily removed for pump head rotation and quick maintenance.

Milk Flow Meters & Nozzles
You’ll also need to accurately measure the dispensing of milk so you can ensure everything is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The PIUSI K24 flow meter can be fitted to the nozzle or the pump to monitor and measure the correct amount of milk required.
It has an easy to read display and it can be rotated in 4 different ways for ease of use. It’s powered by 2 AA batteries that can be replaced easily.

Nozzles are also needed for dispensing milk. Check out our polypropylene plastic nozzle that has a maximum capacity flow rate of 80 litres per minute. It even has an integrated hook for tidy storage.
Or go for our PIUSI milk metering nozzle which combines a nozzle and flow meter in one piece of equipment. It fits directly onto the standard 3/4″ hose on most milk pumps and carts. It will measure flow rates from 6 to 100 litres per minute.

Milk Hoses
You can also add milk hoses to your equipment list. We stock a 3/4″ delivery hose designed for use with all milk applications. It has an EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) inner tube, which is resistant to weather, heat, and ozone. We supply it by the metre.
