An Overfill Protection valve prevents spillage of fuel when tanks are being filled. Once the tank has reached its capacity the valve will close preventing anymore fuel from entering the tank

What is an over fill protection valve?

An overfill protection valve closes the inlet to the tank once the tank level reaches the float, preventing the tank from being overfilled. This is ideal for use in situations where the tank fill line is located externally to the tank and there is no visual reference of the tank level. 

These over fill valves are designed for use with steel tanks and require a 2″ socket, with a maximum flow rate of 600 litres per minute
