PIUSI B.SMART Self Service Cloud-Based Fuel Management System

The Piusi self service is a freestanding all in one pump unit with an integrated B.SMART cloud-based fuel management system, designed for high flow rates of up to 100 l/min. With an integrated filter, nozzle switch and high flow auto shut off nozzle this self service is well suited for use with fleets of trucks, machinery, quarry and plant machinery.

Drivers use a licensed iOS or Android app to activate fuel dispensing via Bluetooth. After refuelling, all transaction data is instantly sent to the cloud, enabling fleet managers to track fuel usage in real time through one easy-to-use online portal, accessible from any device, anywhere. Manual reports and site visits are no longer required.

Self Service Pump 

The self service unit is a freestanding pump designed for use with HGV or heavy plant machinery, with a flow rate of up to 100 litres per minute and a high flow nozzle with automatic shut off it is the perfect choice for large fleet operators in Ireland. 

Smartphone App-Operated Fuel Management System

Each driver uses a dedicated fuel management mobile app installed on their iOS or Android smartphone. The app connects securely to the fuel pump via Bluetooth, allowing drivers to authorise and control refuelling directly from their phone.

The system includes an unlimited vehicle licence, enabling any authorised driver to select the correct vehicle registration or fleet number from a dropdown menu or by searching the vehicle details. Drivers are prompted to enter mileage or machine hour readings and can then choose either full-tank refuelling or a pre-set fuel quantity.

Once refuelling is complete, the app automatically uploads all transaction data to the cloud, including date, time, driver ID, vehicle registration, mileage/hours, and litres dispensed, ensuring accurate and tamper-proof fuel records.

Cloud-Based Manager Portal Access

Managers can securely log in to the cloud fuel management portal from anywhere, at any time, using a PC, tablet, or smartphone. Multiple managers can access the system simultaneously, with no limitations on location or device.

From the portal, managers can:

• Manage drivers and vehicles

• View fuel transactions in real time

• Access detailed fuel usage and efficiency reports

• Temporarily block or reinstate driver access to pumps

• Prevent unauthorised fuel access by restricting use to approved cloud users

As the system is fully cloud-based, there is no need for local servers, USB devices, or on-site hardware to retrieve data.

Advanced Fuel Usage Reporting

Managers can generate detailed fuel usage reports based on:

• Custom date ranges

• Individual vehicles

• Specific drivers

• Pumps or locations

Because drivers are prompted for required information through the mobile app during refuelling, data accuracy is guaranteed. This allows businesses to monitor fuel consumption far more precisely and identify inefficiencies quickly.
