Delivery & Shipping
All orders for standard delivery are normally dispatched on the same day provided all items are in stock & the order is placed before the dispatch cut off time of 3PM. Some larger items or kits may require additional time to dispatch in some circumstances but are still normally dispatched with 1-5 days.
- Standard items ordered before 3pm are dispatched on the same day
- Larger items or pallet deliveries are usually dispatched within 1-5 days
- Items that require assembly are usually dispatched within 1-5 days
- Special order or non stock items are usually dispatched within 5-10 days
ROI & Northern Ireland delivery time
Delivery is normally estimated to be within 1 to 5 working days within ROI from the date of dispatch, this applies to most items listed across our range. However, some larger items or items that require assembly prior to dispatch may take additional time to prepare leading to slightly longer delivery times. Non stock items and special order items are normally dispatched within 5 to 10 days.
In the event that the items are out of stock or dispatch may be beyond 10 working days, a member of our team will be in touch to update you on the status of your order or you can contact shop@rotech.ie.
International Delivery
Orders placed outside of Ireland may take up to 10 working days to delivery. A member of our team may also contact you via email should any further information be required for export.
Courier Service
A 3rd party handles all deliveries and the expected delivery dates are dependent on the weight of your order and/or the shipping destination. Standard Delivery is provided by courier service for orders up to 30kg in weight, any larger orders over 30kg are delivered through the pallet network.
Taxation
VAT is automatically added upon checkout. All orders to destinations within the Ireland and the European Union will have VAT added to the value of the order.
Delay of Deliveries
In the event that all or part of your order is not available beyond 10 working days, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible. We will attempt to keep you regularly updated on any items ordered that are likely to be on back order for more than 10 days. For delays of more than 10 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the item(s). We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but any dates we specify are approximate only and we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date.
Undeliverable orders
Orders that have been despatched to the delivery address as supplied by the customer and consequently are returned to ROTECH for failed delivery will be subject to a refund to the value of the products only. Delivery charges applied on the initial order will not be refunded and a return handling fee may be applicable due to return charges by the carriers.
Damage on Delivery
Always examine the packaging at the point of delivery before signing for any package. If the package appears to be damaged in anyway, the courier must be notified with the damage on the consignment as well as recording photographs to clearly display the damage. Customers have the right to refuse delivery provided damage is deemed substantial, it is then your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. In the event that the delivery is signed for and accepted we can not guarantee a refund, replacement or responsibility for the damage.
Claims
Please immediately inform us by phone or email if there are any problems with your delivery. We cannot accept any liability unless we are notified within the 24 hours of delivery.
Shortages
Always check the number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment. Any item shortages must be reported as soon as possible. Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
