2,500 Litre Bunded Horizontal Tank 

2500 Bunded tank provides an excellent storage solution for diesel or oil. Each tank is fitted with a 1″ bottom outlet and a convenient fill point. 

The 2,500 Bunded Tank is supplied ready to fill, 

• 2” lockable fill point
• 5” lockable tank inspection point
• 2” tank air vent 
• Tank contents dipstick
• 1” dia. BSP bottom outlet
• Length: 2400mm x Width: 1700mm x Height: 1450mm
• Weight: 199kg when empty 

Compatibility 

The 2500 bunded tank is suitable for diesel, oil, home heating oil, waste oil and HVO. When using with diesel or HVO, it can be combined with a number of PIUSI pumps, which can be connected direct to the bottom outlet of the tank to provide an all in one re-fueling station.

HVO is a biofuel made by the hydrenation of veg. oil.  It is widely becoming a popular choice as a substitute for diesel as a greener or more renewable diesel choice. This 2500 bunded tank is fully suitable for the storage of HVO

A Bunded tank is essentially a tank within a tank. This ensures should anything happen to either tank the fuel remains safe. A Bunded tank is designed to hold the entire contents of the inner tank in the outer tank also, so there is no fear of any losses or contamination to surrounding areas should an incident occur. Bunded tanks are a requirement in most installations as of 2023.
