IBC 230V Viscomat 90 Pump Kit 

This Viscomat IBC pump kit is designed for high flow oil transfer and dispensing. Suitable for use with engine, lube, hydraulic, transmission and synthetic oil. The Viscomat 90 pump provides up to 50 l/min flow rate, combined with a K33 flow meter, 4 Metre hose & nozzle, it provides a clean and efficient pump solution of pumping oil from any IBC tank

230 Volt Viscomat 90

The PIUSI Viscomat 90 is a high-performance oil pump designed for efficient fluid transfer. Engineered for durability, it features a compact design and integrated bypass. 

IBC Pump Bracket & Connection

The pump assembly is secured to the IBC with a stainless steel mounting bracket that mounts directly to the cage of the IBC. The kit comes supplied with an IBC adapter to connect the suction hose directly to the the bottom outlet on the IBC tank. 

Suitable oil types 

This kit can be used with a range of oil types such as engine, lube, transmission, hydraulic and gear oil. The Y brass strainer has a washable mesh filter to protect the pump and filter any impurities within the oil.

Applications

This kit is ideal for transferring oil from an IBC tank into smaller containers or directly into machines. It can be used to quickly and cleanly fill large tanks on HGV, quarry, mining or agricultural equipment.
