PIUSI MC BOX Fuel Management System

The PIUSI MC BOX Fuel Management System is a pin code or fob based solution, providing fleet managers with control of fuel usage across single or multiple locations. The MC BOX can be retro fitted to any existing pump set up for diesel, AdBlue, oil or water provided a pulse meter is fitted to the outlet of the existing pump.

Retro Fit To Any Existing Pump

The MC BOX control unit  is a secure fuel management solution designed for Irish fleets, allowing access via PIN code or authorised user fob only. This ensures every refuelling transaction is linked to a specific driver, providing full traceability and improved fuel security. The system can be easily retro fitted to any existing pump set up provided a compatible pulse meter is in use. This helps reduce to set up and installation costs as the need for a full pump system is not required. 

Driver Fob–Operated Fuel Dispensing

The system can be operated using driver-assigned fuel fobs, programmed to individual driver names. During the refuelling process, drivers enter the vehicle registration number and mileage using the integrated keypad. The system automatically recognises the fob and authorises fuel dispensing, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded against the correct driver.

Vehicle Fob–Operated Fuel Control

Alternatively, fuel fobs can be programmed to specific vehicle registration numbers. When a vehicle fob is presented to the reader, the system automatically selects the assigned vehicle and records the transaction accordingly. An optional input field can be enabled, allowing drivers to enter their name or initials during dispensing if required—providing additional accountability for Irish fleet operators.

Optional Add-On: AGILIS Self-Service Fuel Management Software

The AGILIS fuel management software is available as an optional add-on and can be installed on a single local PC using a dedicated USB device. Fuel transactions are transferred from the dispenser to the software using a red manager fob, allowing managers to view and analyse refuelling data.

Although the software is installed on one PC, it can be used to manage multiple fuel pumps, provided they are assigned to the same software system—ideal for Irish depots with more than one dispenser.

Fuel Usage and Consumption Reporting

Using AGILIS software, fleet managers can generate detailed fuel usage reports based on vehicles, drivers, and selected time periods. The software also supports in-depth fuel consumption analysis, helping Irish businesses identify inefficiencies, reduce fuel costs, and improve fleet performance.

Manager Fob for Secure Data Transfer

When the AGILIS software is in use, a manager fob is supplied with the system. This fob allows authorised managers to securely download transaction data from the fuel pump and transfer it to the software for reporting and analysis.
