PIUSI Cube MC Fuel Management System

The Cube MC is a fob or PIN code based fuel management system designed to track, monitor and provide secure dispensing from any tank. All transactions are recorded and can be monitored through a dedicated software package on a PC, providing full control over fuel usage

PIN Code or User PIN Access

The cube MC is a secure dispenser that can only be accessed by using a PIN code or with a user fob. This ensures that each transaction is recorded to a unique driver for full traceability. The system can also record the reg number and milage of the vehicle. 

Fob operated by driver  This system can be operated with user fobs which can be programmed by driver name, during dispensing operation the vehicle reg number can be input on the keypad along with the milage reading. The fob will automatically recognise the fob each time as the driver and allow fuel to be accessed.

Fob operated by vehicle Fobs can also be programmed by vehicle reg. number. Each time the fob is presented to the reader it will automatically select the reg number to record the transaction to and allow dispensing. An additional field can be set during dispensing for drivers to input their initials or name if required. 

User Fobs 10 user fobs are supplied with this system, with the capacity of up to 50 users can be added to an MC system, additional user fobs are available to purchase.

Add on – Self Service AGILIS Software

The dedicated software is available to be installed on one local PC through a unique USB. Transactions can then be transferred from the red manager fob onto the software for reporting and viewing transactions. Although the software package is limited to only 1 PC, it can be used with several pumps provided they are assigned to the software.

Create Usage Reports 

With the AGILIS software, it is possible to create dispensing reports based on vehicles, drivers, time periods etc. as well as having the ability to create in depth consumption reports. 

Manger Fob

When using the software a manager fob will be provided with the system to allow the transactions to be downloaded from the pump and transferred to the software.
